Now Live: Org-Level Peer Groups & Memories

Until now, every LuLu user built their own peer groups and taught LuLu their own definitions, formulas, and rules — which meant hoping the whole team was working from the same playbook. That's changing.


With Org-Level Peer Groups and Org-Level Memories, LuLu admins can now set the standard once and share it with the entire team.


‍Org-Level Peer Groups let admins define a set of benchmark institutions — available in NCUA, HMDA, and Bank Call Reports — that everyone references the same way.‍

Org-Level Memories let admins save shared rules, acronyms, formulas, policy definitions, and risk thresholds that apply automatically for every user, so answers stay consistent across chats and reports.


Your personal groups and memories stay yours and work exactly as before. Org-level content simply appears alongside them under Shared with Organization, giving your whole team — including less technical users — the same peers and the same context from day one.

To use it, open Peer Groups or Memories from the left sidebar. Anything your admin has shared will be there. Reference a peer group in any prompt with @[Peer Group Name]; org memories apply automatically.
